This contract is entered into by Rotulowcost customers that register with the collaborators programme and Rotulowcost. Registration implies the collaborator's full acceptance of the terms and conditions of this contract, the terms and conditions of the use of the website at www.rotulowcost.es and all other site regulations regardless of their nature.
Collaborators will place their orders with Rotulowcost from the Collaborators zone which is protected by means of a secure password. They may not use any other means unless expressly authorised to do so by Rotulowcost.
All expenditure arising following the delivery of the product purchased from Rotulowcost by the Collaborator is payable by the Collaborator. This includes but is not limited to advertising, management and promotion costs and payment of invoices, etc.
The Collaborator will acquire the products sold by Rotulowcost at the official prices published on the website at www.rotulowcost.es, less a discount granted for those participating in the collaborators' programme. The initial discount on registration with the system is 10%. Said amount shall be increased proportionally with the purchases made by the Collaborator. Rotulowcost shall regularly review the purchases made by the Collaborator and shall increase the discount in proportion with the increase in purchases. Collaborators may also request a review of their discount rate if they consider it appropriate. Rotulowcost will study each case and adopt the corresponding decision. In such cases, the decision made by Rotulowcost is final. Rotulowcost may reduce a collaborator's discount in the event of a considerable reduction in purchases, although never below 10%.
Under special circumstances such as large purchases collaborators may request a discount higher than that assigned to them for a specific order only. Rotulowcost shall decide the discount to be assigned. Once the order has been placed, the discount shall revert to its previous value.
Payment for collaborators participating in this programme is by credit card only and must be made when placing the order.
The Collaborator may freely determine the sales price for the products acquired from Rotulowcost and shall have sole responsibility for collecting payment from its customers.
The Collaborator must check the product acquired on reception. If for any reason it has been damaged during transit, Rotulowcost must be duly informed within a maximum of 3 days and shall be liable for the repair or replacement thereof. No claims shall be accepted once this time period has elapsed, nor under any circumstances when the product has been delivered to the Collaborator's customer.
Collaborators may cancel membership of the collaborators' programme at any time and with no prior notice. They are not required to give any notice or reasons for their decision.
Rotulowcost shall not charge any registration fee or regular collaboration fee to join the collaborators' programme; however, it shall be entitled to establish said fees at any given time. Any decision to this effect shall be published in the Collaborators Zone at www.rotulowcost.es and all collaborators shall be informed by email. The latter shall then have a period of 10 days in which to communicate their refusal to continue in the programme. Once this 10 day period has elapsed, the collaboration fees shall be issued and no reimbursements shall be made to collaborators opposing said fees.
Membership of the Rotulowcost collaborators' programme does not imply any relation of employment, association, merger or any other type of commercial relation. This contract is governed by the principles of customer-supplier relations, in this case the Collaborator and Rotulowcost respectively.
Rotulowcost, including its owners, shareholders, employees, management team and all other persons that form part of Rotulowcost shall not be liable for any damages arising from conditions including but not limited to special, direct, indirect and consequential damages resulting from the actions carried out within the scope of the collaborators' programme not damages that may be caused by the products acquired, due to errors, omissions, viruses, lack or breakdown of the web service or delays in product deliveries.

Rotulowcost reserves the right to:

- terminate the collaborators' programme at any time and with no prior notice.
- modify the prices and discounts of the collaborators' programme at any time and with no prior notice.
- modify at any time and without prior notice the website at www.rotulowcost.es , both the public access zone and the collaborators' private zone.
- modify with no prior notice the terms and conditions of this contract and the terms and conditions of use of the website. Collaborators are responsible for checking for any possible modifications to the terms and conditions of the website each time they access said site

In the event that any of the terms and conditions of this contract are declared illegal, all remaining terms and conditions and obligations herein shall remain in force and shall be strictly adhered to.
In the event of any discrepancy or legal action arising from the terms and conditions of this contract, the parties hereby expressly accept the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca (Spain) for any such proceedings.
